home of Car and Auto Bulbs. How to Order..... Orders may be paid for by Internet Paypal, Cheque or Postage order. If you would like to purchase using cheque or postal order please email us with your requested product and we will email you back an order form pre-filled which you can include with your cheque. All internet orders are completed by the use of PayPal which is a fast and secure way to pay, this is used worldwide by many thousands of internet merchants for secure payment processing. When you use PayPal you will see the padlock symbol in the bottom of your internet window indicating that it is a secure transaction. If you order before noon your order should be packed and despatched the same day, if you order after noon it will be packed and despatched the following day. You will receive a personal (not automated) email within seven hours of ordering to inform you of your order status. All Orders are sent First Class by Royal Mail. If you are not happy in any way with your order please contact us by phone or email and we will do our best to mend things, our business is built on recommendations and customer satisfaction, our aim is to make sure you are pleased with your order. Returns are accepted without question, we will however remove a postage and packing charge of £1.95 on each order and the bulbs must be unopened and unused. You will be credited upon the return of the goods. None of these terms and conditions affect your statutory rights.
